Porcelite A powerful blend of quality, performance and value, the renowned Porcelite collection of professional vitrified porcelain offers a versatile and cost-effective solution without compromise.
Porcelain dinnerware is made from white clay that is refined called kaolin clay. It is nonporous and usually translucent. Porcelain is usually lighter in weight and thinner and has a delicate appearance. This type of dinnerware is usually reserved for fancy dinners or parties but can be used for daily living. The clay for porcelain is also fired at more than 2300 degrees Fahrenheit. Once fired, it is covered with a clear glaze that helps the white colour show more prominently. Porcelain is usually not painted or otherwise marked by other colour as the main attraction is the white colour.
Because porcelain can be used in ovens and microwaves it’s a versatile hardworking great looking choice for any professional establishment.
